iOSアプリについて

このポリシーはtumf合同会社が提供するVoelのiOSアプリに適用します。Webサイトのリリース通知登録とアクセス解析は、このページの「Webサイトについて」で説明します。お問い合わせ先は運営者サイトに掲載しています。

ノートと端末内の情報

ノートと添付ファイルは端末内のファイルとして保存します。Voelは、ノート本文、検索語、タグ、ファイルパスを、運営者のサーバー、アクセス解析、外部クラッシュ解析、外部AIサービスへ自動送信しません。Voel独自のアカウント作成は不要です。AIチャットは内蔵していません。

任意の同期

Syncthingを有効にすると、利用者が接続設定した端末間でファイルを同期します。接続モードにより、ローカルネットワークの探索に加え、インターネット上の探索サービスや中継サービスを利用します。探索先には接続に必要なデバイス識別情報とネットワーク情報が伝わり、中継先は暗号化された通信を転送します。同期相手は同期したファイルを保持できます。Voel側で削除しても、相手側のバックアップや複製がすべて消えるとは限りません。

iOSの制約により、アプリを閉じた状態での常時同期には対応していません。

権限と外部リンク

カメラは利用者が開始する接続用QRコード読取りに使い、手入力でも設定できます。写真への追加権限は、利用者が指定した端末QR画像の保存に使います。通知権限は任意です。外部リンクや共有先を開いた後の情報の取扱いには、そのサービスのポリシーが適用されます。

保持と削除

端末内のファイルは利用者が管理します。アプリの削除や端末の故障で失われる可能性があるため、必要なファイルは別端末への同期や書き出しで保全してください。OSバックアップはアプリの同期とは別の仕組みです。端末の設定やバックアップ方法によっては、ファイルがOSバックアップに含まれる場合があります。

Webサイトについて

収集する情報

リリース通知に登録したメールアドレスと、ブラウザから送信される表示言語を収集します。不正利用を防ぐため、接続元情報から秘密鍵を用いて生成した識別子を最大11分間保存します。接続元のIPアドレス自体は保存しません。また、Google Analytics 4を使用し、ページの閲覧、端末・ブラウザ情報、おおよその地域などの利用情報を収集します。

利用目的

メールアドレスは、Voelの正式公開を一度お知らせするためだけに使用します。アクセス解析情報は、サイトの利用状況を把握し、内容を改善するために使用します。広告配信や第三者への販売には使用しません。

保存と削除

登録情報はCloudflareのサービス上に保存します。公開通知を送信した後は、運用上必要な期間を超えて保持しません。削除を希望する場合は、運営者サイトの問い合わせ先からご連絡ください。

iOS app

This policy covers the Voel iOS app provided by tumf LLC. Website release notifications and website analytics are described under “Website” below. Contact details are available on the operator's website.

Notes and local data

Notes and attachments are stored as files on your device. Voel does not automatically send note contents, search queries, tags, or file paths to the developer, analytics services, external crash-reporting services, or external AI services. A Voel account is not required. The app does not include an AI chat service.

Optional synchronization

When you enable Syncthing, files are synchronized with devices you configure. Depending on the connection mode, internet discovery and relay services may be used in addition to local-network discovery. Discovery services receive device and network information needed to establish a connection. Relays forward encrypted traffic. Paired devices can retain synchronized files; deleting a file in Voel does not guarantee removal of all copies or backups elsewhere. Because of iOS restrictions, Voel does not provide continuous synchronization while the app is closed.

Permissions and external destinations

Camera access is optional and used for user-initiated pairing QR scans; manual entry remains available. Add-only Photos access saves the device QR image you request. Notifications are optional. External websites and destinations you share with apply their own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

You control files on your device. Preserve important files through synchronization or export because uninstalling the app or losing the device can cause data loss. OS backups are separate from app synchronization. Files may be included in OS backups depending on device settings and the backup method.

Information collected

If you sign up for a launch notification, we collect your email address and the display language sent by your browser. To prevent abuse, we retain a keyed identifier derived from connection information for up to 11 minutes; we do not store the originating IP address itself. Google Analytics 4 collects page views, device and browser information, and approximate location.

Purpose, retention, and deletion

We use your email address only to notify you once when Voel launches. We use analytics to understand and improve the site, not for ad delivery or sale to third parties. Registration data is stored with Cloudflare and is not kept beyond the period operationally needed after the launch notification. To request deletion, contact us through the operator's website.
